Innovage, LLC warrants to the original customer (“you”) that the Sonic Comfort™ Massager (“Product”) will be free from defects due to design and manufacturing for two years as long as you own the product. Coverage terminates if you sell or transfer the product. To obtain Warranty service, you must send your name, address, telephone number, proof of original purchase, your Product, and $14.95 shipping and handling to the address provided below. This Warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse and/or misuse. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

What Does This Warranty Cover? This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in your Sonic Comfort™ Massager.

How Long Does The Coverage Last? This warranty lasts for two years as long as your own your Sonic Comfort™ Massager. Coverage terminates if you sell or transfer the Sonic Comfort™ Massager.

What Will Innovage Do? Innovage will repair or replace any defects under normal use of the Sonic Comfort™ Massager, if Innovage is unable to repair or replace your Product, at Innovage’s sole discretion, it will refund your original purchase price.

What Is Not Covered? Any problem caused by abuse of the product. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
