Sonic Comfort ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to international destinations, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) is unavailable at this time.
For U.S. orders and shipping with Sonic Comfort, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.
Orders will be processed within one to three business days. Orders received by us after 12 pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following business day.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders must be received by us before 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.

After placing your order with Sonic Comfort, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. The confirming email will include your order number, the details of your order, your shipping address, billing information, and shipping method. The confirmation email is your receipt and can be printed for your records.

Our shipping facility will be closed at times during the holidays. As a result orders placed between 11/21-11/26 will not process until 11/27.
